Katie Richardson serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Brown & Root. In this role, she oversees all aspects of the Human Resources Department, including labor relations, employee relations, benefits, as well as compliance and transactions.
Katie began her career with The Shaw Group Inc. where she worked in a variety of roles in recruiting, training, and Human Resources. She now has more than 15 years of corporate HR experience serving the engineering, construction, maintenance (both industrial and nuclear power), turnarounds and specialty services industries.
Katie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. She is an active Member of the Greater Baton Rouge SHRM Chapter and Association of Builders & Contractors (ABC) since 2009. She also enjoys working with community organizations including Rebuilding Together.
