Jack Penley is President of Brown & Root’s Engineering & Construction businesses. With more than 30 years of engineering, procurement, and construction expertise, Jack oversees all aspects of the group’s operations, including strategic planning, project management and execution, process improvements, workforce development, and technology.
Before joining Brown & Root, Jack served as Senior Vice President for Fluor Corporation’s Construction and Fabrication organization where he oversaw the successful completion of several of the largest, most complex construction projects which spanned a wide range of industries, contract arrangements, and execution approaches.
With his drive and passion for innovation and technologies in the EPC industry, he has previously served on the Construction Industry Institute’s Executive Committee, the University of Houston’s College of Technology and Construction Management Industry Advisory Board, and various other committees and research projects, resulting in improving the construction industry practices.
