Brown & Root Gives Back is our company-wide community support program. It encompasses programs, partnerships, and nonprofit organizations ranging from support of local high school craft training programs to our annual holiday Giving Tree campaign.
The program also includes the Brown & Root Foundation, a 501(c)3 that supports local nonprofit organizations that promote better housing, education, health, diversity, and the improved welfare of children and Faith Builds, a collaborative network of faith-based leaders, training providers, and industrial contractors
Brown & Root Foundation
At Brown & Root, we believe that our employees are at the core of who we are as a company. Our employees’ lives go far beyond the bounds of our offices and jobsites and into the communities where they reside.
The Brown & Root Foundation, a 501(c)3, was established by Brown & Root Industrial Services, LLC in 2020. The purpose of the Foundation is to provide a more significant way for our employees and the company to contribute together to support local nonprofit organizations that promote better housing, education, health, diversity, and the improved welfare of children.

Faith Builds
With established faith-based organizations and local churches providing community members with resources and support, Faith Builds seeks to extend the reach of programs by enrolling qualifying individuals in craft training programs and employing them in industrial careers. Program members begin building a career and expanding their skills, while receiving the support of their faith-based community and the Faith Builds network.
Faith, home, work, and school are the cornerstones of which Faith Builds is based. Together we can provide opportunities for a path forward.

“Kayle Daigle has continued to be an invaluable asset to Brown & Root and specifically to the Procurement Department. Her willingness to learn new things and always having a “can do” spirit is growing her into the future of Brown & Root. She is assisting our fleet department, asset management and more.”
